Our mission is to activate local communities to empower teenage boys to thrive.

Right now, a generation of teenage boys is growing up without the male guidance they need to become good men. There is almost nothing out there for them. But we've got something, and it works.

We're working towards a Journeyman community of men showing up for boys in every town, village, borough and city in the UK, and we're only just getting started.
