iWitness March theme ~ the Seed

Our bodies hold intrinsic wisdom. When we allow for free expression without judgment, we open the door to our inner witness -- gaining in-sight through movement and stillness – where we can capture it through symbol, sensation, narrative, the poetic and the aesthetic. By uncovering these art-i-facts, we bear witness to self, to others, and cast a space for being seen.

iWitness is an embodied inquiry process. We'll tune in, bring our senses online, and stimulate creativity through movement, dance, free expression and musical inspiration. We'll collect-and-reflect on paper (visual), the page (written), and with one another (community). 

Expect to move and to get messy with drawing materials, often simultaneously. Bring your journal.
