Come and join Amanda Ryder, midlife nutritionist and author of "Feel Good For Menopause” and Emma Tytherleigh, fitness instructor and menopause mentor for a nurturing, health inspiring one day retreat.
We want to help women reframe the narrative around menopause from a period in life to dread to a period in life where we embrace change and step into the next phase joyfully. The day is also appropriate for pre and post menopausal women as the information shared is important for long term health.
