The First Annual Mardi Glow J Street Block Party

A brand-new yearly tradition in Downtown Lake Worth Beach—and a night you’ll never forget. J Street Magic creates authentic Louisiana-rooted sounds mixed with electronic funk, reggae, rock, soul, jam-band heat, DJ switchovers, Mardi Gras masks + neon, pop-up performances, and street-party moments that feel straight off a concert poster.

Early evening paints the block for families. Late night turns up for the young adults and young-at-heart.

Come party with Pomona, Propaganda, and the whole krewes (look it up 😄), because it’s time to celebrate Mardi Gras on J Street & Lake Ave — LWB style.

Starting at 6:00 PM at the Cultural Plaza, join the sidewalk parade as we march west on Lake Ave to J Street to officially signal the start of Mardi Glow.

Mardi Gras means “Fat Tuesday”—the final big night of feasting, celebration, parades, masks, beads, costumes, and king cake before a season of discipline.
