Family Hub Planters

This is a whole city event, so any Junior Wardens can attend from anywhere in the city. We have been working with several agencies over the past few months to create a bright new area to the front of the Family Hub in Thornhill. The old planters have been removed and replaced with nice new ones. The Junior Wardens are going to be putting all the finishing touches to the planters, starting with weeding and putting in some colourful new plants. We will also have 2 other activities on the day including a Clean Air session & Woodland session. We have also been working with "Men's Shed Bitterne" who have produced some carvings of woodland creatures for you to paint and attach to the planters. Hopefully when we finish the Hub will have a bright and welcoming new entrance.
