This workshop is a 2 hour skill session, equipping you with kettlebell (RKC level), callisthenics/bodyweight and erg (rowing machine and skierg) techniques that will open the door to major upgrades in what you get from your strength and fitness training. We teach skills in ways that stick, and we want you to feel the impact that good form has on both enjoyment AND results. 

These workshops are a requirement to join my classes so that I can get to know you, what you're good at and what you need to work on. That way I can give you what you need when you're in a class with me - I want every member to get the workout they need each session and the more I get to know you, the more I can tailor it to your level and help you to progress. Remember, you get to join the classes for free for your first month to check you like them before committing, and after that it's just a monthly commitment.

We start at 10:30am and the workshop is broken up into three phases - callisthenics/bodyweight skills (dish holds, correct plank positioning, basic push-ups, hanging from a bar, lunge and squat patterns), kettlebell skills (swings, cleans and presses) and erg skills (rowing and skiergs - yes there is a technique to them!)  

Workshops are limited to 5 people and need a minimum of 2 people to go ahead. If we don't get 2 people, you'll be invited to have a 1-1 session instead (£99 for 90 mins) or wait until the following month. 

We only allow flat/barefoot style footwear or just socks/barefeet for training. If you're not sure, check with me first. In the winter months, dress warmly as if you're training outside - the gym is not heated. Bring a drink and snacks if you'd like. 

These workshops are open to all, not just local people. They’ll upgrade your fitness skills for where you currently train, or you can join online for £49/month and follow my classes on my app.

13th June and 27th June

July and August will be closed for new memberships, they'll start again with a workshop 26th September.

If for any reason you or I need to postpone, your place will automatically be transferred to the next workshop. 

Refund Policy: 100% if requested before 14 days of the workshop, 50% refund and 50% off the next workshop if requested within 7 days of the workshop (because I'm less likely to be able to resell a spot in 7 days!)
