Spring Wellbeing Day
Join us at the Justlife Hub for a day of refreshment and recharge. Being a frontline worker is hard work and it is vitally important that we look after our own wellbeing in order to be able to continue to do the work that we do.
What might seem like an indulgence is actually very necessary to ensure our ability to keep working in this highly challenging sector.
This event is specifically for Frontline Workers working across Sussex. There will be various activities throughout the day, you are welcome to join us for the morning, afternoon or the whole day. Please note you need to sign up for lunch separately.
We will have multiple rolling activities throughout the day so you will have the opportunity to participate in as many of them as you would like to. You will be able to sign up for individual activities when you come on the day. - please give your preference for afternoon activities in the check out form.

This practice will help you to slow down and take notice of what is actually happening. This session emphasises safety - giving you power and control as you practise.
