Explore a powerful sequence of meditations that help us to develop a calm mind and special inner qualities, such as patience, kindness, generosity, compassion and love.
During a meditation retreat, we reduce our normal daily activities and concentrate for a period of time on developing our peaceful minds and spiritual qualities – finding happiness from within. No previous experience of meditation is required. Everybody welcome!

Schedule
- Doors open: 1:30 p.m.
- Retreat Session 1: 2:00 - 2:45 p.m.
- Refreshments: 2:45 - 3:15 p.m.
- Retreat Session 2: 3:15 - 4:00 p.m.
- Refreshments: 4:00 - 4:15 p.m.
- Retreat Session 3: 4:15 - 5:00 p.m.
Teacher
Pauline has been studying and practising Buddhism for over 20 years and has worked at KMC Canada as well as KMC Winnipeg. She is a devoted volunteer and is a student of the Teacher Training Programme. She is appreciated for her easy-going nature and calm approach to everything she does.
Fees
Regular: $30 / person
Class pass holders: no charge
