6-Week Series of Tuesday Evening Classes with Gen Kelsang Chodor: 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.
Are you tired of being stuck in negative habits and yearn for a more positive direction in life?
In this new meditation course we will explore very accessible and practical Buddhist wisdom to create and stabilise new positive mental habits that can transform your life. Each week, we will focus on a specific positive mindset and a meditation that enhances our happiness and improves our relationships with others.
These classes are held in the peaceful, spacious, quiet and comfortable meditation room at Kadampa Meditation Centre Canada. Each class is self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any point. Each class will be followed by complimentary refreshments and the opportunity to ask questions. We also have many books and materials available at our Temple shop to help people deepen their learning and experience through further reading. No previous experience of meditation is required. Everybody welcome!

Teacher
Gen Kelsang Chodor is our Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre Canada.
Gen Kelsang Chodor has been ordained and has studied under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for more than twenty-two years.
He has taught extensively in both the UK and the US, and is now teaching in Canada. He is admired by students because of his practical knowledge, warm presentations and authentic teachings, as well as his natural joy and sense of humour. He is skilled at putting everyone at ease and helping them solve their problems and anxieties with practical Dharma advice.
