In our modern world, it seems that, whatever our lifestyle, we will inevitably experience much stress and anxiety. But so much of the stress and tension we experience comes from our mind, and many of our daily problems, such as relationship difficulties and ill health, are caused or aggravated by this stress.
This course will explore how Buddhist meditation, combined with a change in our perspective on life, can enable us to control our mind and thereby reduce and eliminate stress. Through training in these practices and applying them in our daily lives, we can develop an unshakeable mind that is always happy and relaxed, regardless of our external circumstances.
