By learning to think in healthier ways, we naturally begin to feel better - gaining the inner strength to handle life’s challenges and the ability to support those around us with greater understanding and compassion.
The transformative practice of meditation is how we can calm our mind and develop positive thoughts, leading to healthier emotions and a more peaceful, resilient mind.
These classes include two guided meditations and a practical talk on a different topic each week. After each class, there is time for Q&A.
Each class is self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any time. No previous experience is required. We recommend booking in advance, as our classes are often well attended
