Kailua Mini Swap

The community wanted more garage sale events.  We're taking baby steps to bring this back.  Partnering with Emmanuel Church Kailua to bring you the Kailua Mini Swap.  30+ stalls,  so it's not the big events that we're use to.  We just want to help get your clutter removed.  

Kailua Mini Swap  is offering Garage Sale Booths for families trying to declutter. Max (2) 10'x10' booth will be allowed per person / family.  

Booths are for non-commercial vendors & items only.  No food or drinks of any kind.  

Booths are broken up to L & R.  Simply standing for Left & Right.  R booths are in the Emmanuel Lot, L booths are in the Cole Academy lot.  Properties are adjacent separated by a fence with a 13ft pass through gate at the top of the lot and of course both lots accessible from the street.

Garage Sale Booths are $25  Fee forfeited for no-shows.
