Beyond the blueprint: building a high performing team
Beyond the blueprint: building a high performing team
We spend our lives in teams, and how they function can determine whether we achieve our collective and individual goals. Join us on 20 November to find out how to build and maintain the conditions for teams to thrive.
A genuinely high performing team brings out the best in all its members, but that rarely happens organically. It takes effort to create the conditions to thrive. We’ve drawn on decades of academic research and industry best practice to bring together the eight characteristics that enable teams to do their best work. If you are setting up a brand new team, your team has experienced upheaval or change, or even if it just doesn’t feel like you are all on the same page, these characteristics will help you identify the opportunities to grow and improve together.
Join us to explore the eight characteristics and the tools and techniques that we use to bring them to life in teams across health and care.
Who’s speaking?
