Levow an Bys (Cornish for 'Voices of the World') is a friendly community choir which enjoys singing beautiful harmony songs from around the world and closer to home. We sing mostly for the joy of singing and occasionally perform at local events (you can see some of us above at the Tate 'Winter Festival' last year. We meet (*mostly ;-) on Wednesday evenings 7 - 9pm (with a short BYO refreshment break) in 'The Hall' at Mounts Bay Academy, Heamoor, Penzance TR18 3FD. All voices are very welcome.

Levow an Bys is led by Pip Wright, a choir leader and with a passion for singing to enhance wellbeing and connection. Pip is committed to helping people find and develop their own voice through harmony singing.

Please take the following changes from regular Wednesday evenings this term into account (and your diaries! ;-):

• There will be no Levow an Bys sessions on Weds. 25th Oct (half-term), or Weds 8th November (as I am teaching elsewhere)
• The 'Big Friendly Sing' is on the morning of Friday 15th December 10.00am - 12.00 midday (with Breakfast Band from 9.30am) at Marazion Community Centre

You can book for the sessions you can make - or for the whole term ... as suits. The more sessions you are able to book in one go - the less it will cost me in transaction fees (which I don't pass on to singers) - so thank you for any multi-session bookings you are able to make.
