Keynote: William Latham Jr., Author of Cold Days in Hell, American POWs in Korea
William Latham Jr. recently retired as course director at the United States Army Logistics University at Fort Lee, Virginia. He served 22 years in the United States Army and has written extensively about military affairs. Latham's research contributed directly to the posthumous nomination of Chaplain Emil J. Kapaun for the Medal of Honor.
