Join me on this empowering in person self help workshop to discover how kinesiology can help you take control of your healthy.

These workshops will introduce you to how to use my manual to imporove your health. 

During the workshops I will teach you techniques from my self-help manual to help with a variety of health problems and teach you how by balancing your meridians your health will improve. 

You will leave the workshops with a clearer understanding of the techniques you can use to improve your own and your family's health and wellbeing .

The cost of each Workshop is £99 which include the manual for you to keep

Friday 5th December 9.30am to 1.30pm - Muscle Testing Meridians and Balancing in priority for specific common ailments

Friday 9th January 9.30am to 1.30pm - Muscle Testing Bach Flower Remedies, Balancing Meridians with emotions and Emotional stress Release

Friday 6th February 9.30am to 1.30pm - Food testing and EFT Tapping
