Soft Supper with Erst (3:30pm)

I’m really excited to launch Soft Supper Club with our first event, which I’ll be hosting myself!

I often find that when I eat out, non-alcoholic drink options fall short - especially when it comes to wine. Soft Supper Club is about changing that. The focus is good food, thoughtful drink pairings, and a relaxed, communal atmosphere - all completely alcohol-free.

You can expect a sharing menu, served slowly over the course of your reservation, alongside carefully curated drink pairings. These will include an aperitif, homemade sodas (made by Fun Softs), palate cleansers and non-alcoholic wine (by Eisberg), all chosen to complement the food.

Our first event is at Erst, a small independent restaurant in the heart of Ancoats, Manchester. Their food is all about simple ingredients cooked beautifully, and it’s genuinely one of my favourite places to eat - so I’m very happy to be sharing it with you in this format.

The event is sponsored by Eisberg Wine, and you’ll be able to sample their premium non-alcoholic range, including sparkling, rosé, white and red.
