STOP PEOPLE-PLEASING AND BE TRUE TO YOURSELF

THE KEY TO RELATIONSHIP FREEDOM

ONLINE WORKSHOP FOR WOMEN - JOIN LIVE OR RECEIVE THE RECORDING

You've done it again. You've let yourself down, thrown yourself under the bus, pleased someone else instead of pleasing yourself, put the needs of your date, partner, friend, relative or boss above your own.

You're left feeling angry, resentful and confused.

Why does this keep happening? Why can't I put myself first? Why can't I be true to myself? Why can't I say what I think and express how I feel?

If this sounds achingly familiar, I'm here to help.

This online workshop will support you to break free from people-pleasing, to learn to prioritise your needs and wants and to be true to yourself in relationships.

This is the key to relationship freedom across the board and its the bedrock of a healthy romantic relationship.

Following this live, online 75-minute workshop with Q&A, you will have:

  • A deep understanding of how people-pleasing destroys your self-worth and damages your relationships
  • A 3-step strategy to transform your self-sabotaging patterns into healthy ones
  • A communications roadmap that will support you to walk through your fear of rejection, abandonment or anger and express your needs and wants
  • Stress-management tools to support you to deal with the afterburn and backlash that come when you start to show up as yourself
  • A self-worth action plan to support you to believe in yourself and grow in self-esteem
  • A sense of empowerment, a new confidence and deeper self-awareness so that you can build inter-dependent relationships that are healthy and fulfilling

This workshop's content is relevant to all relationships, from the professional to the personal to the romantic.

By joining, you will have access to my unique brand of insightful, psychological education, rooted in a deep understanding of trauma, addictive and codependent relationship patterns, actionable advice and tools, as well as a sense of community with your fellow participants.

The Details

We will meet on Zoom on Friday April 4th at 12:30 pm UK time/BST until 1:45 pm. The workshop will be recorded if you cannot join live and you will receive the recording later the same day (there will be 10 minutes set aside at the end for additional questions and connection with the recording switched off).

No refunds are available. You can transfer your place to a friend, however, if you cannot join us or no longer want to receive the recording.
