This is a free art therapy group for those living in the West Kootenays, funded by Ministry for Children and Family Development.
An invitation to use creativity to foster self-compassion and a deeper understanding of how the past may have impacted capacity to parent with the whole self, allowing us to integrate unresolved experiences, improve relationship and make new choices.
We will integrate some of the principles from 'NARM' (the NeuroAffective Relational Model) to explore adaptive survival strategies we develop in childhood.

Cheryl is a Trauma Therapist working in private practice and an Art Therapy Clinician & Instructor.
