Deep Human Retreat
Deep Human Retreat
A gathering into presence, embodiment, and the practice of being human
Deep Human is a multi-day immersive retreat held in community, supported by nature, and grounded in intentional practice.
This is a space to soften the pace of daily life, return to the intelligence of the body, and reconnect with what is real and alive - within yourself, in others, and in the world around you.
We are here to explore what it means to be deeply human, together.
The Invitation
We are cultivating a living field of practice where community is something we actively participate in - and something that actively shapes us in return.
This retreat is an invitation to step out of habitual patterns and into a more spacious relationship with yourself. To soften reactivity. To reconnect with the wisdom of the body. To listen more closely to what is present beneath thought, story, and conditioning.
Within this space, participants often experience:
- A greater sense of embodiment and nervous system regulation
- Clarity around inner patterns, emotions, and relational dynamics
- A felt reconnection to self-trust and inner steadiness
- Expanded capacity for presence, intimacy, and authentic expression
- Relief from mental noise through breath, movement, and stillness practices
- A deeper sense of belonging - to self, to others, and to life
Here, community is not an idea, but a lived practice. We explore:
- Care that is reciprocal and embodied
- Presence that is felt, not performed
- Deep listening and authentic connection
- Community as something we co-create in real time
This is a space where insight is not only understood, but felt and integrated - becoming something you carry forward into your life and the communities you belong to, wherever and however they take shape.
We welcome people of all genders and identities, ages 16+, to arrive as they are and be met in shared humanity.
To support the integrity of this field, this is an alcohol- and substance-free gathering. We ask that all participants arrive in clarity and presence.

The Land & In-Between Moments

- Time on the land in witness to goats, horses, cattle, and more, lovingly stewarded by the landkeepers
- Nourishing vegetarian meals prepared with care
- Optional 1:1 sessions in Massage, Breathwork & Energy Healing (available upon request)
…and space for the unscripted moments that often become the most meaningful
Held on a beautiful ranch nestled within the Mark Twain National Forest in Potosi, MO - about 90 minutes from St. Louis - this land offers a deeply restorative backdrop for rest, reflection, and reconnection.
In the heart of Missouri’s autumn season, the landscape is alive with quiet beauty: golden and rust-colored leaves drifting through the trees, crisp air that invites deeper breath, and soft light moving across open fields and forested trails. The land itself feels as though it is exhaling... offering stillness, spaciousness, and a natural invitation to slow down and return inward.

All of You is Welcome Here
This retreat is not something you attend, it is something we co-create.
A living field shaped by attention, presence, and willingness. A space where all of you is welcome: the ease and the edges, the clarity and the uncertainty, the parts of you that feel open and the parts still learning how to soften.
Here, we remember what it means to belong... to ourselves, to each other, and to life itself.
We look forward to meeting you in the depths.
