🎶 1. What is the event?

Get ready for a brilliant night of music, laughs and plenty of dancing! 🕺💃

3 Rounds of BONKERS music-based bingo games, audience participation, novelty prizes that you actually will take home🎁 and plenty of tunes you’ll know — followed by a DJ set to finish the night! 🎧🔥

🔞 2. Is the event strictly 18+?

Yes — this is a strictly over-18s event and Challenge 25 will be in operation.

If you’re lucky enough to look under 25, please bring valid photographic ID. 🪪

No valid ID = no entry and no refund.

⏰ 3. What time should I arrive?

Doors open at 7pm, giving you plenty of time to get settled, grab a drink 🍹 and get ready before the main entertainment begins.

Please arrive in good time. Late entry cannot be guaranteed once the show has started, and refunds will not be issued for late arrival.

🪑 4. Can our group sit together?

Absolutely — ONLY UP THE FRONT TABLES ARE GUARANTEED -  All other seating is unreserved and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you’re coming as a group, we’d strongly recommend arriving together 👯‍♀️. We can’t guarantee seats or tables together for groups arriving at different times.

🍸 5. Is there a bar?

Of course! 🍻 A fully stocked licensed bar will be available throughout the evening, with a range of spirits, beer, cider, wine, fizz 🥂, soft drinks and water.

Challenge 25 and responsible service policies will apply.

🚫🍾 6. Can I bring my own alcohol?

No. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited and bags may be searched on entry.

Any unauthorised alcohol may be confiscated, and anyone attempting to bring alcohol into the venue may be refused entry without refund.

There is also a zero-tolerance policy towards illegal drugs. 🚫

💳💷 7. Is it cash or card at the bar?

We’ll aim to offer convenient payment options throughout the night.

Depending on operational or connectivity requirements, bars may operate cash, card/contactless, or both.

We’d recommend coming prepared for either! 👍

🍺 8. What happens if I’ve had too much to drink?

We want everyone to have a cracking night 🎉 — but we also want it to be safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Anyone who arrives excessively intoxicated may be refused entry. Anyone who becomes excessively intoxicated, aggressive, abusive or disruptive may be refused further alcohol service and/or removed from the venue. 👋

No refunds will be provided where entry is refused or someone is removed for these reasons.

🎟️ 9. Can I get a refund if I can’t make it?

Tickets are non-refundable, so please make sure you can attend before purchasing.

We cannot provide refunds for changes of plans, illness, travel disruption, missed ferries ⛴️, late arrival or failure to bring suitable ID.

If the event itself is cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be contacted regarding the applicable refund arrangements.
