Tea Meditation Mondays with "CHOKE" the Artist

Join "CHOKE" the Artist to share in the quiet reverence of tea in the unique setting of the Keith House Skyspace. You will create a space of stillness and transformation, where connection to oneself and to others flows naturally. With each sip, settle deeper into the self, opening yourself to the present and clarity. This tea meditation is an offering not just to the senses, but to the spirit—an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect.

Meditation Mondays kick off on the date of the Fall Equinox, Monday, September 22, and take place through October 13. Three sessions are offered each day: 

The Afternoon Session will enjoy Keith House in ambient light.

• September 22 from 4:30 to 5:30 pm
• September 29 from 4:20 to 5:20 pm
• October 6 from 4:10 to 5:10 pm
• October 13 from 4:05 to 5:05 pm

During the Early Evening Session you will experience part of James Turrell's Come to Good warmup sequence. 

• September 22 from 5:45 to 6:45 pm
• September 29 from 5:35 to 6:35 pm
• October 6 from 5:25 to 6:25 pm
• October 13 from 5:20 to 6:20 pm

The Sunset Session includes the entire sunset program of Come to Good.

• September 22 from 7:00 to 8:00 pm
• September 29 from 6:50 to 7:50 pm
• October 6 from 6:40 to 7:40 pm
• October 13 from 6:35 to 7:35 pm
