The KELLA Leadership Retreat creates that time deliberately, three nights at Vila Vita Parc in the Algarve, where clearer thinking, honest conversation, and renewed perspective have room to happen among twenty five women leading at the highest levels.

Day 2 of the retreat falls on International Women's Day. Rather than marking the day in passing, this retreat is built around it: twenty five women who lead at the highest levels, sitting at the same table, trading the conversations they rarely get time for elsewhere. This retreat is intentionally limited to twenty five participants, to preserve the quality of every conversation.

€3,500 plus VAT where applicable 15% discount for existing KELLA members
