We’ve worked hard to create a simple and efficient way for you to drop off your donations. Our aim is to make the process as smooth as possible for everyone while ensuring a safe and well-organised environment for our staff, volunteers, and donors.

We’re incredibly grateful for your support. To help us make the best use of your generosity, we kindly ask that you only donate items you would be happy to purchase in one of our shops.

Making a donation at our Donation Centre

To donate items at our donation centre, please follow the steps below:

• Pre-book your drop-off time before visiting. We are currently open five days a week, Monday to Friday, 10am–12pm and 1pm–4pm.
• Pack your donations in bags or cardboard boxes that you do not need returned. Please pack any breakable items separately and securely to help prevent injury to staff and volunteers.
• Arrive at the Donation Centre, 27 Lisle Avenue at your pre-booked time, where a member of our team will greet you and guide you through the drop-off process. At present, we can accept a maximum of six bags and/or boxes per donation.
• Gift Aid: If you are a UK taxpayer, please ask a member of the team about our Gift Aid scheme. This allows us to claim an extra 25% on the value of your donation at no additional cost to you.
