Donating to KEMP Hospice - Drop-offs Monday 10th Aug - Friday 14th Aug 2026

We have worked hard to come up with a simple and quick way for you to drop off your donations. Our aim is to make the process as simple as possible and to strictly observe social distancing at all times. Because of COVID-19, we have had to implement new processes for accepting your donations safely. Our priority is to keep you, our staff and volunteers safe at all times. 

We are grateful for your support, but you would really be helping by only donating anything you’d be happy to buy in one of our shops. 

To make your donation at our donation centre please follow these steps;

1. Please pre-book your preferred time to drop off your donation. For the first few weeks we will be open five days a week, Monday to Friday, 10am -midday and 1pm-4pm. 
2. Please place your donations in either bags or cardboard boxes that you don’t wish to have back. Please place breakables separately and securely to avoid staff & volunteers being injured.
   
3. Arrive at our Donation Centre (27 Lisle Avenue, Kidderminster, DY11 7DF) at your pre-booked time where you will be greeted by a member of staff who will provide further instructions for dropping your donations. At this time we are only able to accept a maximum of 6 boxes and or bags.
4.  If you are a UK tax payer as a member of our team about our Gift Aid Scheme and help us raise and extra 25% on the value of your donation.
