Minor In Possession Diversion Program from the Kent County Health Department

Click on the green "Sign up now" button to see the upcoming program dates. 

PLEASE NOTE: When you click on the "Sign up now" button, the calendar will show only the first session date, in green. Below the calendar is a list that shows both the first and second session dates. By clicking on the green arrow to the right of those dates, you are signing up to attend both sessions. Participants must attend both sessions to complete the program.

When you complete the sign up process, you will get an email with a Zoom link. It also has important info about the class. Please read through the email completely to be prepared for the class. 

You will get another email 7 days before the first session and one on the day of the first session as a reminder.

Participants are allowed one cancellation or reschedule. If the participant needs to cancel or reschedule a second time, their case will be sent to the Kent County Prosecutors Office for determination of next steps.
