Level 1 & 2 EFT Training with Kesta

This two-level progressive course is for anyone wanting to learn Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to help themselves, family or friends, or with a view to using EFT with others in a professional capacity. Each level comprises two days of in-person experiential training across consecutive Saturdays, with the levels being run a month apart to support integration & practice between the workshops and build participant confidence.

Level 1 — Saturday 24^th October & Saturday 31^st October 2026 (9am - 4pm)

Level 1 is an introduction to foundational EFT skills. You will learn basic EFT enough to start assisting yourself, family and friends in a non-professional capacity. It can be done as a stand alone course but is more often done together with Level 2 for continuity. It is a pre-requisite for Level 2 training.

Level 2 — Saturday 21^st November & Saturday 28^th November 2026 (9am - 4pm)

Level 2 builds on these foundations with more advanced techniques, expanding your EFT skills for personal or professional use. Level 2 is recommended for anyone wanting to deepen their knowledge of EFT and improve practical competency, and is required for those wanting to become practitioners with EFT International.* It is also highly recommended for health and wellness professionals wishing to add EFT to an existing therapeutic tool kit.
*To qualify as a Certified Accredited EFT International Practitioner you will need to complete post-course work following the Level 2 course.
