Grief in Colour
Grief in Colour
A seasonal creative practice to explore and express grief in community. This is a brief pause to honour what you are carrying, whatever the source or shape of your grief. There is no expectation to explain or justify your experience.
You do not need to be an artist. All you need is paper, something to make marks with, and a willingness to sit with whatever arrives. You are free to use colour, symbols, words or simple shapes. There is no right way to take part.
The session begins with a short grounding practice to help you settle. We'll then move into quiet, mark-making exercise to explore your source of grief through art. We will close with an with a reflective sharing circle where you can witness or be witnessed. You are welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable.
This space is offered with love. It is not a therapeutic intervention, but a gentle creative container for anyone seeking a moment of pause, connection and expression to honour the grief we all carry.
