Drawing on the experience of primary care professionals working in the community and colleagues within secondary care, the team is focused on facilitating ways for colleagues to connect and share learning, to deliver better outcomes for our diverse local populations.

Approximately every six weeks the team holds free webinars that feature healthcare professionals discussing a variety of important topics.
