The second King’s Health Partners Primary Care Webinar of 2024 will focus on Lifestyle Medicine Service: A sustainable and holistic approach to care.

The webinar will be chaired by Dr Rachna Chowla, Joint Director of Clinical Strategy, King's Health Partners.

Find out about the North Lewisham Primary Care Network Lifestyle Medicine Service. A service co-designed with the local community, that offers a sustainable, person-centred and holistic approach to care. Aimed at reaching under-served communities and those with cardiovascular disease, and delivered by our health and wellbeing coaches, and nutritionists.

• Dr Camille Hirons, GP, Health Equity Fellow, Lead for health inequalities, and Clinical Supervisor, North Lewisham Primary Care Network, and Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician. 
• Dr Saima Ajaz, Speciality Doctor Hepatology and Lifestyle Medicine Physician, Institute of liver studies, King's College Hospital NHS FT, and Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer, School of Immunology and Microbial sciences, King's College London.
