Saving mothers' lives: The new NHSE Maternal Care Bundle

This webinar will discuss the rationale for and details of the NHSE Maternal Care Bundle launched in Jan 2026 and designed to reduce maternal morbidity and mortality. It will focus on elements 1-3 covering venous thromboembolism, deterioration and prehospital care and epilepsy. The discussion will centre around the role of primary care, the primary - secondary care interface in maternity and stress the importance of opportunistic pre pregnancy counselling.
