We'd love it if you can get here without a car but, if you do need to drive, there is street parking on Senior Road and Waverley Road, just south of the park.

If travelling by bus, the 52/52a bus from/to Sheffield city centre stops approx. 5 min walk from the planting location - see route on Google maps.

Accessibility:

There are no toilets in the park itself, but the golf clubhouse near the playground has toilets that the public can use. There are no accessible toilets on site. The nearest accessible toilet is at Morrisons (Catcliffe) approx. 8 mins drive away - see Google maps.

For accessibility information about High Hazels Park see: https://www.accessable.co.uk/sheffield-city-council/access-guides/high-hazels-park

Please note, we are planting trees on a grassy area, which may be uneven, and also wet and muddy depending on the weather. Please let us know when you book if you have any access requirements.

We want everyone to feel welcome at our events and have experience of working with children with special needs. If you want to discuss anything with us before the event, please let us know when you book.

If anyone in your group needs an interpreter, please let us know when you book.

Booking:

This is a FREE event but please book a ticket for everyone attending, including children (except babes in arms). If you book tickets but are then unable to attend, please email us at admin@kidsplanttrees.org to let us know, so we can reissue the tickets. If you would like to make a small donation to support our work, you can do this at time of booking or at the event (thank you).

If you have any questions about the event before you book, please email steph@kidsplanttrees.org or call 07956 313072.
