Kids Plant Trees is a not-for-profit with a mission to help children and nature thrive together in South Yorkshire and beyond!

We set out in January 2020 to give families something practical they can do to help tackle the biodiversity and climate crises, and help them to spend more time outside in nature to boost their health and wellbeing. 

To date we’ve planted over 8,000 trees, and improved 10 school grounds and 7 public spaces for nature and children. Prioritising areas with higher deprivation and/or less green space, we work with partner organisations to give more children the opportunity to get outside in green spaces, improve those spaces and learn how to look after them.
