Woohoo! We are super excited to see YOU at our 100th KidStuff Sale - shopping for spring / summer KidStuff style!  Again this season, we are expecting over 800 families promising a fantastic selection of gently used items for your children.  ** Update** BOTH ticket types are good for TWO adult  shoppers -(no kids unless worn) exact headcount will be secured the day before the presale  as we will be counting people in order to stay within the required limits for our facility.  Plan to wear a mask per Kentucky's mandatory mask order, masks must cover mouth and nose while inside the sale venue or waiting in line.  Read all the information below BEFORE you purchase your non-refundable/non-transferable ticket / shopping appointment time. 

BYOB - Plan to bring your own bags! Due to Covid19, we will not provide our blue shopping bags.   We will offer an unmanned area to put down your bags (at your own risk) and continue shopping.  

Again this sale, larger items will be claimed curbside.  Shoppers will drive to the back of the venue to claim larger items purchased. We suggest shoppers bring a pen to complete the required claim tag - address labels work great too, be sure to add your cell #.

FAQ's

How will I receive my ticket?

Tickets are automatically emailed to the address you provided. CHECK SPAM/JUNK FOLDERS immediately after purchase. 

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? Who can enter on the one ticket?

Shopping Appointments are for adults only, no kids unless worn.  Tickets are good for one entry (we need an accurate count)

What can I bring into the event?

Bring your own bags, wagon, stroller to carry your items. We will not have blue shopping bags available to use due to COVID-19.

How do I purchase items too large to carry?

Bring a pen and be prepared to complete the large item ticket attached.  Address labels work nicely too - be sure to add your cell phone #.  Then, remove the bottom half of the tag for check out. We will move the item to the curbside pick up area for you to claim after checking out.

Additionally, we will have a HOLD AREA for bags of clothes, etc if you have too much to comfortably carry (leave at your own risk)

What method of payment is accepted?

Visa, MC, Discover and American Express (with photo ID) and Cash.

What's the refund policy?

Participating families inspect their items prior to check-in and we lightly inspected when items arrive at the venue.  We ask shoppers to inspect prior to purchasing to make sure it meets YOUR requirements. All Sales are Final. We recommend shoppers use the Check-It station located before check out to open and inspect items prior to purchasing.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Show your ticket on your phone or on paper.

What about COVID-19? 

1. If you feel sick, have had a temperature or been around others who have - do not come.

2. Use hand sanitizer (provided) when you enter & while you shop. Bringing your own is ideal.

3. Masks are required - Please bring your own.

4. We disinfect frequently-used surfaces multiple times a day.

6. We have established below-recommended capacity limits for our venue to help ensure a comfortable shopping, socially distanced, experience.

7. We no longer provide bags, so please bring your own. 

8. Register line and Check out procedures have changed to encourage social distancing.   Details and instructions will be provided to shoppers as they arrive.
