Yoga - Reiki - Sound : The Chakra Series

Join Kim for this special healing series dedicated to the chakras; spiritual energy centres which are said to govern our body, intellect and emotions.  

Be guided each week through a creative flow of yoga postures intended to activate and rebalance a specific chakra. During the closing sequence, you'll be treated individually with reiki healing and a blissful sound bath for deep relaxation.

Every session will have it's own dedicated soundscape, aromatherapy blend and sweet treat and tea.
