The Stratford Soundbaths

Chill out to the blissful, yet powerful effects of sound healing. Kim will play an array of instruments including crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and chimes. Their pure tones offer vibrational frequencies which move through skin, fluid and bones, creating full body relaxation down to a mental, emotional and cellular level. Please dress warmly and comfortably for the session. Mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. No experience necessary, all are welcome.
