Event starts Friday at 4pm and ends Sunday at Noon. This is a camping event - Schedule and Event Details Coming Soon but include daytime battles as well as Night Quests and other activities.

Full Weekend: $37.00

Single Day: $26.75

On-Site At the Gate

Full Weekend: Cash - $40; Credit - $42.25

Single Day: Cash - $30; Credit - $32.00

Minor Policy:

• Children 10 and Under get in free!!! Please review the Minor Policy!!!!
• If you plan on bringing minors that are not yours legally or watching other people's minors you must fill out and notarize the MINOR GUARDIAN PERMISSION FORM two weeks before the event and send it to risingwindsbod@gmail.com

Site Rules and policies for Midgard Smash at Spring Valley

***** Failure to comply with the following rules may result in removal from the event and/or the property, without refund. Additional consequences may apply where required by law and/or Kingdom Process and Procedures.*****

• Parking at your campsite will be permitted - Limit of 1 vehicle per campsite
  • You will be directed to your campsite and advised on parking at Gate
• Never move fire rings
• Place your trash in dumpsters
• Quiet Time starts at Midnight on Friday and Saturday night outside our event space
• Event is over at noon on Sunday and all persons must be off the campsite by noon
• Pets are permitted, but must be leashed and under control
  • Always clean up after your pet
• No carpets/rugs may be placed on the grass
• No golf carts or ATVs are allowed
• No vehicle or camper washing
• No fireworks are allowed
• No hunting on property
• No parking on wet grass
• Alcoholic beverages are permitted, but they are restricted to your campsites

Other Lodging instead of camping:

There is a hotel right down the road and in town if you would like to not sleep in a tent or camper.
