Gate Policy:

• This is a cashless gate event! You must purchase a ticket in advance or at Gate prior to entering the event!
• When you arrive on site, you must go check in at gate before doing anything else.
• If you want to cross the bridge with your vehicle, you MUST fill out a parking pass and display it on your dashboard so it is visible.
• You may not park on the grass. You may drive to your campsite and unload the vehicle, but you must move the vehicle to an approved parking spot as soon as possible. 

Minor Policy:

• Children 10 and under get in free!!! Please review the Minor Policy!!!!
• If you plan on bringing minors that are not yours legally or watching other people’s minors, you must fill out and notarize the MINOR GUARDIAN PERMISSION FORM two weeks before the event and send it to risingwindsbod@gmail.com

Billie Creek Village Site Rules and Policies:

***** Failure to comply with the following rules may result in removal from the event and/or the property, without refund. Additional consequences may apply where required by law.*****

1. Vehicle Use & Parking
   1. Speed Limit
      1. The property-wide speed limit is 5 mph and must be observed at all times
   2. Parking
      1. Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking areas.
      2. Temporary unloading near campsites or event areas is permitted; vehicles must then be moved promptly to designated parking.
2. Water & Natural Areas
   1. Swimming or wading in Williams Creek is at your own risk.
   2. Billie Creek is not responsible for injuries or accidents occurring in natural water areas.
3. Cleanliness & Waste
   1. All guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves.
   2. Trash must be disposed of in the provided dumpsters or receptacles.
   3. Trash bags are available at the General Store.
4. Animals & Pets
   1. Property Animals
      1. Do not feed any animals housed on the property. They are maintained on specific diets.
   2. Pets
      1. All pets must be leashed at all times.
      2. Owners must clean up after their pets.
      3. Well-behaved pets are permitted inside buildings at the discretion of site management, provided they do not pose a risk to people, animals, or historic structures.
      4. Pets that display aggressive behavior, excessive noise, or cause damage may be required to leave the building or the property.
5. Quiet Hours
   1. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
   2. Noise must be kept to a minimum during this time.
6. Fire Safety
   1. Fires must be contained within an existing fire ring or an elevated personal fire pit.
   2. Ground fires are strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the property.
   3. Personal fire pits must be removed upon departure.
   4. Only deadfall or commercially purchased firewood may be used.
   5. Cutting or damaging trees, limbs, or branches is strictly prohibited.
7. Smoking & Vaping
   1. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all buildings.
   2. Smoking materials must be disposed of in proper receptacles. Failure to do so may result in a cleanup fee.
   3. Smoking must take place at least 8 feet from any permanent structure.
8. Minors
   1. All individuals under the age of 18 must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or designated adult chaperone at all times.
9. Illegal Substances
   1. Possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
   2. Violations will result in immediate removal from the property and notification of law enforcement.
10. Compliance & Authority
    1. All guests must comply with applicable laws, site policies, and instructions from event coordinators and site management.
    2. Site management and event coordinators reserve the right to remove or ban individuals from the event and/or property for rule violations or unsafe behavior.
11. Trespassing
    1. Locked buildings and restricted areas are off-limits.
    2. Any attempt to enter restricted or locked structures will result in immediate removal and possible law enforcement action.
12. Vandalism
    1. Damage to Billie Creek property, personal property, or event equipment is strictly prohibited.
    2. Violations will result in removal from the property and possible law enforcement involvement.
