Journeys of discovery: Azim Surani in conversation with Anna Alexandrova

Azim Surani, winner of the 2025 Kyoto Prize and Emeritus Fellow, was born in Kenya and came to the UK aged 18. His path from working in a china shop in London to groundbreaking biological research in Cambridge is an inspirational story.

He will reflect on his journeys, personal and scientific, in conversation with Fellow Anna Alexandrova. Part of the "Conversations at King's" series.
