Let the Aunties treat you to an evening of delicious regional Italian food- expect generous portions, authentic recipes, lesser known dishes and desserts, all seasoned with a sprinkling of Italian music and culture and possibly the odd exhortation to "Mangia!"

Wine, beer, vermouth and soft drinks available all night from the wonderful staff at Bar Story. Food will be served between 7 and 9pm.

Menu:

Stuzzichini- mini skewers with mozzarelline, regional salami, olives and artichokes
Antipasto- Cuoppi Napoletani: A taste of Naples’ famous street food, served in traditional paper cones. A delicious selection of golden, crispy Italian bites
Main- Pasta alla Genovese: Another traditional Neapolitan dish featuring a rich, slow-cooked sauce of tender beef and onions, gently simmered for hours until beautifully soft, sweet and caramelised. Served with bucatini pasta and a sprinkling of Parmesan.
Dessert- Torta della Nonna: A classic Italian dessert, meaning “Grandmother’s Cake”. A buttery shortcrust pastry filled with smooth, creamy vanilla custard, topped with pine nuts and a light dusting of icing sugar. A comforting, traditional Italian favourite.
