During the Sound Spa session, you will lay down and allow the soothing sound vibrations from unique wind and percussion instruments, such as singing bowls, harmony chimes, and handpan drum wash over you and transport you into a state of deep rest.

As you relax and enjoy the melodic journey, you will be guided into meditation with sacred mantras that uplift the spirit and restore your inner balance. The session will conclude with a mellow kirtan (call-and-response singing) and reflection.
