We request you to please register if you have not done so yet! It simply helps us to cook enough for everyone attending. It’s so important to us that everyone goes away with a happy meal and that we also do not waste any.

Transport
We are pleased to provide transport facilities for our event attendees after Kirtan. If you require transportation back to town, from Orlagh House at 9pm after the event, please follow the link: kirtanmela.ie/transport. DEADLINE is Friday 19th April. Fee for the bus is €5 per person, payment is not refundable unless in the event of the bus cancellation

Volunteer
If you would like to volunteer with us, please visit the link: kirtanmela.ie/volunteer to learn more and sign up. We have various services which you can take part in such as kitchen, serving, receptionist, car park attendants, decorations, setting up etc. Your contributions and support are invaluable to us, and we truly appreciate your willingness to be part of our team. Together, we can make this event a memorable and uplifting experience for everyone involved.

Donate for our Feast
For those who donated already towards our event, we would like to say thank you! We want to emphasize that we operate solely through the dedication of volunteers. Every donation we receive is used to cover essential expenses, ensuring the success of our events. No one involved receives any form of payment. Every Year we aim to provide lunch and dinner to all our attendees, free of charge! And it has only be possible so far, thanks to you all! Note that we need €1200 for our feast, if we have 12 x €108 donations, it will help us immensely. Please follow the link below if you would like to donate for our feast specifically.
