About the Kittitas County Historical Museum
Founded in 1961, the Kittitas County Historical Museum collects, preserves, and shares the history and culture of Kittitas County. Located in the historic Cadwell Building in downtown Ellensburg, the Museum offers engaging exhibits and programs that reflect the diverse people and stories of the region—from time immemorial to the present day.

The Museum is open Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM.
Admission is free, and donations are always appreciated

Registration & Cancellation Policy:

For events with a registration fee, cancellations must be communicated to the Museum at least 48 hours in advance to be considered for a refund. No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
