Terms & Conditions

1. Each admission pass is valid for ONE Child and ONE accompanying adult only.
2. Single Entrance Pass is entitled to ONE day entry only.
3. 15x Admission Card is entitled to 15 admissions; it is transferable, and can be use for either same day entries or different day entries. 
4. NO individual tickets will be issued for the 15x Admissions Card.
   
5. 15x Admission Card holders are  entitled to: (a) 10% discount off purchases from Bell's Pantry and our Gift Shop. (b) Free 2 pairs of Kiztopia's socks on first admission.
6. Annual Pass (Weekday only) Card holders are entitled to Unlimited admissions & Unlimited play time per entry - on weekdays only, excluding Public Holidays. 
7. Annual Pass (Any Day) Card holders are entitled to Unlimited admissions & Unlimited play time per entry - any day of the week, including Public Holidays.
   
8. ALL Annual Pass Cards are NON-TRANSFERABLE.
9. All Annual Pass Card holders are entitled to: (a) Member Gift Pack with Merchandise worth up to $58 on first admission. (b) 10% discount off purchases from Bell's Pantry and our Gift Shop. (c) 10% Discount off Birthday Party Packages. (d) Sibling Discount - 20% discount off 2nd purchase of Annual Pass. (e) Referral Discount - Refer a friend for Annual Pass & get ONE Single Entrance Ticket (Unlimited) for free OR $50 Bell's Pantry Coupon. (f) Free 2 pairs of Kiztopia's socks on first admission.
   
10. All Single Entrance Passes are valid till 30 September 2019, while all 15x Admission Cards and Annual Pass Cards are valid till 30 June 2020.
    
11. Admission passes purchased online are non-refundable, not for re-sale, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
12. In the event of no-show, clause (11) applies.
13. An adult (aged 18 and above) must be present for the admission of any child below the age of 12 years old.
14. Child under the age of 12 months old at the time of admission, can enter for free when accompanied by a paying kid and an adult.
15. All guest must be in good health before entering Kiztopia. The management reserves the right to refuse or remove entry to anyone who appears to be unwell.
16. Strictly no outside food and drinks are allowed within the premises.
17. Strictly no exchanging of adults at any given time. Additional adult will be charged $8 per entry.
18. Purchase of admission passes, and the use of each pass constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and Kiztopia's House Rules.
19. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Kiztopia Pte Ltd is final.
20. Kiztopia Pte Ltd reserves the right to vary and amend these terms and conditions at any given time without any prior notice.
