KIZZUP Playdate Vol 10 - Perth's Kiz Long Weekend

KIZZUP Playdate Events is proud to present:

VOLUME 10 - Perth’s Kiz Long Weekend

We’re celebrating our 10th edition!

Volume 10 will be our one KIZZUP Playdate festival event for 2027, bringing everything and everyone together for one big long weekend in Perth.

📅 Friday 24th - Monday 27th September 2027

Across four days, KIZZUP Playdate Volume 10 will bring together a program of curated workshops, day socials, night-time parties, performances and more.

We’re grateful to continue to have the opportunity to create a space where local, interstate and international dancers can come together in Perth, connect, and share their love for the many dances within the world of Kizomba.

Whether you’re travelling to Perth or dancing with us locally, we’re dedicated to creating a weekend experience that feels special, valuable, connected and memorable for everyone involved.

INTERNATIONAL ARTISTS

We are so excited to welcome back Val’r & Sarah from France, bringing more technique, style and flavour from their concept base of “Tetris Style” UrbanKiz.

The darling duo of Southeast Asia, David & Quinn, also return to help you continue building a strong base of fundamentals while adding smooth flow to your dance.

We have chosen these two artist pairs to headline Volume 10 because their teaching approaches and pedagogy complement one another. Together, their curated workshops will take dancers through a progressive and coordinated range of topics, from our Kizomba fundamental base through to more complex UrbanKiz vocabulary.

MORE ARTISTS. MORE MUSIC. MORE KIZ.

Joining us from Brisbane, we welcome Dilhan & Ellie to teach, alongside some of our wonderful Perth talent.

We’re proud to have local Kiz teacher and community stalwart Victor, as well as David Conteh making his KIZZUP teaching debut.

And of course, it wouldn’t be a KIZZUP Playdate without the music… Perth Kiz favourites DJ TwoSun, DJ Ay’eles and DJ Zaddy return to the decks, with Brisbane DJs DJ Tang Tang and DJ DoubleD also joining us for this long weekend, each bringing their own flavour and special sauce to the mix ! 🎶

🚀 TICKETING ALERT! 🚀

A special Double Festival Pass will be on offer!

🎫 Weekend 1: KIZZUP Playdate Vol. 10 -   PERTH, Australia
🎫 Weekend 2: Embrace Kizomba Festival - BRISBANE, Australia

📣 A MESSAGE FROM YOUR ORGANISERS

There will, however, be a WEEKEND PARTY PASS, released alongside our Final Release Volume 10 passes.

The Weekend Party Pass has been priced to fairly support the event, with consideration to the overhead cost as a whole. We invite you to consider the value of joining us for the full weekend, with the opportunity to learn from our teaching artists, but to also dance, connect and level-up alongside your fellow dancers.

As organisers, we genuinely appreciate your support and also want to acknowledge our volunteers who work tirelessly alongside us to make it all possible. Your participation as an attendee helps us be able to continue creating KIZZUP Playdate events and will contribute to a sustainable future 🫶

Much love,
