Intro to Japanese traditional Aesthetic in rope Class 2
During the pandemic we ran a series of 8 classes on Japanese traditional aesthetic in ropes that had an incredible success. So while Wildties is recovering from his surgery we decided, due to the huge amount of request, to re-run the series. We chose however in an abridged version of only three classes. We have cut out redundant material and made the content more agile and easy to memorize. This lectures will be a wonderful refresh for who took the original classes and a great first intro to dip the toes in Japanese aesthetic for who is new to the subject. We will explain all the main Japanese aesthetic concepts and how they apply to rope, analyze the difference between tying for pictures and for sessions and give a few tips and tricks that will immediately make your rope look better. The lecture will also be a great starting point for future research, giving the student all the starting points to improve their understanding of the complex and refined traditional Japanese aesthetics. The three classes are scheduled on the following dates: 17th January, 24th January, 7th February, always from 8pm to 10 pm CET Time. People who will attend class 1 will have a priority to book class 2, same for who attended class 2, that will have the possibility to access the presale one day before the public announcement. These are live classes and not recorded, they cannot be viewed after the event itself. | |||
