NightSun - gentle and calm KlangHaus (the quieter one)
We warmly invite you to KlangHaus: NightSun
Here you can buy tickets to KlangHaus: NightSun, the gentle, calm, quieter show.
Dec 20th, 22nd, 29th & 30th 2026 - Jan 1st & 3rd 2027 at KlangHaus HQ, Norwich
90 Upper St. Giles Street, Norwich, NR2 1LT
7 shows at various times, 5pm, 6pm and 7:30pm on various days.
This year we will be blending time and space with two distinct shows to expand, enhance and complement the season.
NightSun (this one, you are on the right page)- A gentle dissolve - part gig, part dream, part celestial ceremony as we drift through the cosmos together.
DayStar (the louder one follow this link) - expect classic, quintessential dynamics from the inHaus team in fulsome noisecore party mode. Raucous fusions and warmth all around. Bring your absolutely.
Each show promises warmth and welcome, light ‘n’ shade, elliptical grooves, helical moods, stillness and movement all under one roof.
Klanghaus shows blend sound, theatre, song, humour, film, pathos, movement and silence.
These shows will be performed (in our own house) within an enhanced domestic setting and amongst film screens, projections, instruments, electronics…
Audiences sit, stand, lean and move amidst the show, at one with the performers literally a heartbeat away.
“Klanghaus are undeniably cool … their signature style ...is at once intimate, immediate, and immersive. Klanghaus's artistic approach is one of radical generosity“ The Scotsman****
“KlangHaus …Highly personal, innovative and experimental.” Arifa Akbar, The Guardian ****

All tickets are non-refundable unless there’s a waiting list for your chosen show and
you contact us before midday the day before your show. This gives us time to
re-home your tickets and help us keep shows optimally populated, vibey
and safe.
Notoriously, Christmas brings those colds and sniffles or knock-out flu. If you are ill, please stay home and look after yourself and we will try our best to fit you into another show.
ACCESS & Inclusivity: The venue is a 1700s house, it is not
obviously wheelchair accessible. Get in touch, you know what you
need, tell us and if it's impossible to navigate getting in, we'll probably just
come and sing round at yours. We provide ear defenders for all adults attending and have 4 pairs of young people's ear defenders. If you find loud noise challenging
or painful, we have had many a happy face wearing these ear-defenders,
liberated by feeling the noise through their skin rather than ear drums.
Sensory map available for those that need to know everything, visits
possible. We have a quieter space if you need to move away from the show. You know what you need better than anyone else, get in touch:
