We can all experience anxious feelings from time to time and on occasions we may become completely overwhelmed by the fear anxiety can create in us. We know its an unhelpful state of mind but nonetheless anxiety can arise no matter what we try.
Buddha taught many ways for us to tame our uncontrolled mind and take control of how we react to situations and the feelings they give rise to and so, during this half-day course, we will explore the methods and meditations we can use to understand our feelings, overcome them and confidently and effectively deal with our daily problems, free from anxiety.
Everyone is welcome at this event which is suitable for all.

Our Coffee Bar will be open during the break serving hot and cold drinks, delicious home-made cakes and a variety of snacks.
