There is so much we can learn from our dreams. Dreams can teach us how our mind functions, the different levels of mind and how we can access them and how our mind can create entire worlds for us.

Dreams can be fascinating, but the real benefit in understanding them is that it helps us to improve our good qualities by giving us valuable insights into ourselves.

After waking from a nightmare we know, “it was just a dream”, and that is wasn’t “real” but just like a dream is an appearance to our mind, we can ultimately understand that everything we experience, whether we are awake or asleep, comes from our mind. With this wisdom understanding of mind, we will understand that everything is like a dream; a creation of mind and that all our problems and all our happiness comes from our mind.

On this half day workshop, we will explore these themes and understand the means by which we can begin to free ourselves from all our problems by learning how our mind functions during dreams and what reality really is.
