We are often aware of our physical habits, our daily routines and so on, but how do the habits of our mind influence our experiences, our happiness, or whether we have had a good day or not? A peaceful mind always brings inner peace and happiness regardless of external circumstances. By getting into the “habit” of cultivating inner peace, we can manage problems positively and find joy in everything.
On this short course of classes, we will learn about helpful mental habits to develop and how to let go of those unhelpful ones. This process will transform our negative habits into effective positive ones through understanding and simple meditations that anyone can use.
These classes are suitable for everyone, and no previous experience is needed. Each class is self-contained. Come along to as many as you like. Everyone is welcome.
